• Manage $30 million in real estate inventory including purchases/sales. This includes overseeing $10 million in construction and development projects for 6 subdivisions (estimated 500 lots).
• Supervised over $1 million of commercial construction projects at 2 commercial developments.
• Led project to upgrade steam dryers on paper machine after finding reliability issues of thin walls.
• Directed projects to upgrade gas turbine and later decommission turbine.
