Resident Engineer Sustaining Engineering 2006 – Oct 2011
Supervised the last seven remaining factory employees until plant shutdown. Transitioned Screw Machine production from factory to outsourced and prepared remaining machinery for sale and shipment. Also dispositioned remaining raw material.
Traveled to customer installations to resolve product Field Complaints.
Transferred production lines from Spring Grove, IL to Juarez, Mexico. More than 30 – one week trips to Juarez to supervise startup of assembly lines, providing Training for Sustaining Engineers and Inspection Employees.
Determined disposition of all Non-Conforming material in Spring Grove factory.
