Title : “Automatic Template Extraction from Heterogeneous web pages”

Concept :

The goal of my project is to focus on the extraction problem about web pages with multiple presentation templates. For this the different kinds of this problem have been considered and a novel method based on path entropy, presentation regularity is put forward. Based on the similar structure and field format for the template presentation is presented.

World Wide Web is the most useful source of information. In order to achieve high productivity of publishing, the web pages in many websites are automatically populated by using the common templates with contents.

Advantages : 1. Automatic Template Extraction improves the search engine.

2. Classification of web document etc.

3. Clustering web documents from heterogeneous web pages
