As a Technical Writer/Senior Technical Writer I created computerized and wiki-based software and electronic hardware installation, maintenance, operators, test, illustrated parts manuals, technical bulletins, online help, user guides, and glossy technical specification documents using marketing and engineering specs, requirements, drawings, visual information, and other written materials. More information was gained by interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SME)’s in-house and in the field. All documents were illustrated using various methods such as; created and imported graphics, wiring diagrams, screen captures, images, and photos.

As a Senior Technical Trainer/Developer I created training courseware to teach the internal and external customers information and procedures they used to install, maintain, operate, and test the company hardware and software products. All training courseware was illustrated using various methods such as; created and imported graphics, wiring diagrams, screen captures, images, and photos. As Manager, I led the transition to Computer Based Training (CBT) and later Web Based E-learning and Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Managed transition to Computer-based Training and then to Internet E-Learning:
While a working manager, I led transition from only in-house classroom training to blended Computer-based and classroom training and finally to Internet E-Learning plus limited classroom training.
Accepted management responsibilities after layoff of Training Manager and Registrar:
While a working manager, developed new processes, as needed, to meet internal and external
customer demands. Trained Lobby Attendant to perform most registrar duties allowing me to
manage and track training metrics.
