Description:

It is a chemical mixing Machine. Time Based automatically process all the Levels, Here we used solenoid valve sets and two types of sensors. Sensors are to detect solution level. Whenever chemical solution is drained out low level sensor activated automatically. Here the technology is Programmable logic control.

Title : Real Time Multiparameter Digital Monitor

Team Size : 7 members

Duration : Currently running

Platform : Windows XP.

Role : Developer.

Description:

In this project we are constantly sampling the analog inputs by the on chip 10-bit ADC and showing it on the LCD with current time from RTC. We also gave the option to sense RPM through CAP/COM unit of the microcontroller. The threshold voltage level of the inputs can be set at any given time by the Plug ‘n’ Play Matrix Keypad. For authenticating the person who changes the threshold voltages EEPROM is provided.

Three levels of input MIN, MID & MAX can be detected by three Tricolour LED’s for Status notification. Whenever the inputs cross the threshold voltages a warning is generated by the Buzzer. Although we have provided automatic safety of the machine by means of PWM output, it is better to have supervisor’s interference to avoid any permanent failure.
