CRM and HR modules. I led the project from the phase of detailed design through its successful Go Live up to its current state of maintenance mode.
• Salesforce.com Project management. Marketing and Sales processes implementation. The project includes interfaces to Oracle Applications and Pivotal systems (2-way interface).
• Responsible for Pivotal maintenance. The system serves Radvision’s customer support group, it includes customers
portal which customer can use to produce licences, open new support incidents and manage their install base.
• BI –Panorama Project manager. I was responsible for the project from the phase of running proof of concept for the potential 2 BI systems through the Go Live and up to its maintenance phase.
• SharePoint Project Management. Implementing organizational applications like Document Management Control, Organizational Portal, Team Sites and more.
• Responsible for maintaining and extending Radvision’s external web site - www.radvision.com which includes
customer portal interfacing.
