I Joined in July 2007 as Programmer Trainee in IT Infrastructure services horizontal. I Worked for Microsoft Centre of Excellence (MSCoE) in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Life cycle project.

Scope of Project

• Planning a real time infrastructure using virtual server.

• Installing SharePoint server 2003 and implementing real time scenarios from organization perspective.

• Migrating from SharePoint 2003 to MOSS 2007 in the same domain.

• Implementing the real time scenarios in MOSS 2007 which satisfies the organization needs.

• Disaster recovery.

Deliverables submitted

• Microsoft SharePoint Server 2003 and 2007 – Life cycle Cook book.

• Conducted training in SharePoint web site creation and disaster recovery.

Current Project

• Presently, working in Cognizant Technology Solutions, Pune, for Schering Plough, client in a Level 1 and 2 support for windows servers project and IBM Tivoli Work schedulder and Portal builder Alarming system based project.

Scope of the Project

• Monitoring Windows servers using Portal Builder Alarming system and level 1 troubleshooting and escalating the level 2 tasks by raising ticket in the Remedy Ticketing tool.

• Monitoring job streams and job schedules using IBM Tivoli Work scheduler. Direct reporting to the client through voice and mail.

Achievements

• Awarded as “IT Infrastructure Technical Wizard of the quarter Jan-march 2008” for completing the SharePoint Life cycle project for Microsoft Center of Excellence ( MSCoE ) with quality in work and quick in time.
