We developed an analysis of the market and industry, as well constructed a company description and concept statement of the company. The study resulted in a marketing, management, and operation plans, and financial statements.
MARKETING PLAN

Developed a marketing plan focusing on one product of “tripol-E,” an event planning company.” The effort included a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) analysis. The project also included developing a marketing strategy with goals, and a marketing implementation plan. The study included developing a tagline, pricing strategy, and an analysis of the market.
