-Project Superintendent for restoration of extensive hurricane damage at South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island, Florida.

These projects were completed as a joint venture with Ryan Companies out of Chicago Illinois.

The massive scope of work included all building exteriors including Roofs, decks, windows, doors, siding, AC units and paint. Interior mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEPs), carpentry and drywall work with an excessive amount of mold remediation. Based on site with responsibilities for three projects. The project encapsulated eight separate condominium associations, and more than 35 buildings stretching over two miles on the northern most portion of Captiva island.
