IBM Premium Services AIX Advanced Support/CTS Team Liaison between development and customer management to define issues and resolve AIX errors. Assume customer advocate role in situations when problem resolution process has stopped progressing.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in System Performance, Network Installation Manager (NIM) and Network Communications. As such I review, update & submit new AIX technical documents to IBM Knowledge Database, isolate application issues after AIX system updates by analyzing customer and application scripts and recommending AIX system C/C++ calls to correct application errors. Field Geophysical Analyst Lead in the On-Site Processing group aboard seismic survey vessels. Designed and implemented software seismic data processing system modules. Applied wave theory propagation and utilized wavelet, noise attenuation, and imaging techniques to multi-plexed seismic data.
