Operations Analyst – Assist the President and CFO to grow the business through continually refining processes within the operations portion of the business. Much of my focus is on the implementation of an ERP system. This activity includes creating and publishing company policies, procedures and work instructions for each ERP module. My responsibilities also include creating training materials and providing training to all personnel within the company.

Unit Operational Analyst – Assist the Division President with the implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) throughout the unit. Work closely with branch management to implement use of MRP II, increase inventory record accuracy, bill of material accuracy, production and master schedule accuracy and the completion of monthly Supply Plans required by S&OP. Other responsibilities include Business Process analysis, correction of processes and implementation of LP9000:2006. (QMS ISO Compliant)

Sr. Quality Systems Coordinator-Assist Leggett & Platt locations with the implementation of the LP9000 management system and provide training on the management system including but not limited to; Management and Supervisor Overviews, Internal Audits, Problem Solving Techniques, and Statistical Process Control. I guide and coach system coordinators and branch QA managers in developing their knowledge of the LP9000 management system and techniques for presenting and implementing the system. Assist as needed in the resolution of internal and external quality challenges and conduct management system certification and surveillance audits.
Major Accomplishments - Led 5 facilities from training through certification.

Director of Materials and Distribution - Responsible for all activities within the materials part of the organization, with emphasis on continuous improvement, internal audit compliance and employee development. Areas of responsibility include shipping, receiving, scheduling and purchasing.
Major Accomplishments – Improved Inventory Record Accuracy from approximately 25 % to 90 % - Reduced raw material inventory by more than $ 250k – Improved our on time and complete customer shipment percentage from 40% to 95% - Helped the company to pass their first internal audit – Successfully planned and executed the move of 4 satellite facilities into one building while maintaining our inventory record accuracy and completing a successful large customer roll out during the same week.
