With over 20 years of on the job experience, I am a well-qualified and diversified professional in the fields of renovation, remodeling and new construction of RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL and REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT properties. JOB PERFORMANCE:

My duties are to work to the best of my capabilities. I have full adaptabilities and acknowledgements in the construction management field. From dealing with the clients, working the fields, managing all trades (plumbers, electricians, masons, carpenters, roofers, siders, sheet rockers, tapers, framers, etc.) connecting with many suppliers (pricing differentials), troubleshooting of most difficulties, settling most situations, job scheduling, material ordering, estimating, Blueprint reading, project co-ordination, job lay-outs, and closing the projects out (punch list completions).

EXPERIENCE: .

• Complete project material purchase orders and schedule deliveries in coordination with the Project Executive/Construction Managers to assure the field supervision has the work force and materials they require to keep the project on schedule with the proper WORK ORDERS

• Assure that all subcontractors and hired trades have signed their subcontracts and have submitted the appropriate bond and insurance documents before commencing any/or all work.

• Prepare a COMPLETION PROJECT close out plan.

• Execute and manage the projected start up of each work order

• Report schedules of the project Daily activities with the Project Executive/C.M on a daily basis.

• Submit pay requisitions on time with follow ups on the receivables.

• Troubleshoot any/or all situations with the TEAM and expedite a on-site RESOLUTION with affirmation to move forward

• Keeping track of our project schedule by completing the JOB WALK THROUGH on a daily basis.

• Weekly updates of all project schedules

• Develops and maintains a professional relationship with the OWNERS and the ARCHITECTURAL representatives. Respond promptly to their calls, letters, and emails, keeping them apprised of any matter that would materially affect the cost or schedule for their project.

• Abide and follow all SAFETY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES (OSHA req.)

• Organize the punch list process for the CLOSE-OUT of each project, man that list and complete each task to reach our C of O standards
