SUMMARY

An accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP) with over fifteen (15) years experience in the Information Technology industry. Recently served as Operations Solutions Manager on the Global Foundation Services team at Microsoft and as both a Senior Project Manager and Professional Services Manager at Dell. As a Professional Services Manager at Dell provided delivery oversight and budget responsibility for up to 40 concurrent projects at any one time. Also as a Dell Senior Project Manager managed the design and development of an inaugural SharePoint/Web application to introduce and provide collaboration between 750 Faculty and 20,000 students for large community college. This resulted in the successful design, development and implementation of a solution that allows students and faculty to collaborate across 3,500 classes.

* Successfully coordinated and managed the implementation of Help Desk and Network Monitoring outsourced services for a medium sized business while building out their new enterprise local and wide area networks. Installed file and print services, and deployed new client work stations as well as insured the timely training of user personnel in 8 locations over 5 states.

* Planned and managed the hardware installation for a state imaging project. The $5 million hardware budget was met in fully integrating this wide area network utilizing Microsoft platform solutions on over 70 servers and 500 Workstations connected through Cisco routers and switches. Responsibilities included coordinating activities of the customer service engineer team, third party software and hardware suppliers, and client training.

* Assembled the teams, developed the communication packages and coordinated the successful email migration for a company requiring migration of over 2,000 workstations in 24 locations spread across 19 countries.
