• Participated in a WAN engineering design effort for a broadband provider. The effort consisted of designing a 40 node WAN for fixed wireless broadband services and developing a cost benefit analysis for this effort.
• Managed several concurrent projects for a large wireless provider based in Seattle. These projects involved interfacing with multiple hardware and software vendors as well as pinpointing issues with leading edge replication technology. Responsibilities included Statement of Work (SOW) development, outsourcer/vendor negotiations, contract modification proposal creation, and project management of transition effort. The projects required interfacing with director-level, manager-level, and team-lead level personnel.
• Installed JD Edwards OneWorld in an AS/400 – Windows NT Co-Existence test environment for several clients across the U.S. Responsibilities include installation of JD Edwards OneWorld software on AS/400 and NT (+SQL) platforms. Perform OneWorld release upgrades, updates/service packs, and installations (Test, CRP, Development, Production) for B73.2, B73.3, and B73.3.1. Also familiar with co-existence installs and upgrades. Setup/configure data replication, security server, deployment server, user profiles.
• Served as PMO team member functioning as the POC between Cisco Systems and KPMG Consulting. We would review and respond to new pipeline opportunities with a 24-hour turn around. This 3-member team was responsible for winning several contracts.
