Environmental Health & Safety Technician/ Radiation Safety Officer:
• Manage the facility Hazardous waste program by collect, segregate and package all hazardous waste material for disposal per RCRA and Department of Transportation regulations.
• Ensure Laboratory and facility personal perform work duties under the site safety plan on a day-to-day basis.
• Quarterly review of occupational exposures to authorized users and workers to determine that their exposures are ALARA.
• Preform monthly radiation contamination test in all Rad. Labs and instruments.
