Property Management

managed portfolio. Hired and trained personnel, prepared budgets,
directed capital improvement activities, conducted market analysis and
forecasting, screened and retained professional consultants. Selected
and executed contracts with outside vendors Ensured compliance with
local, state, and national laws and regulations. Developed two LIHTC
projects in Bronx, NY.
Construction Management
. Directed institutional construction management projects for NYC
Economic Development Corporation and the School Construction
Authority. Developed and managed the construction activities of a $17
million dollar residential/commercial project in Puerto Rico.,
including all infrastructure.
Real Estate Development
. Directed residential and commercial development projects from
acquisition to occupancy. . Successfully negotiated with government
agencies and community organizations.
Real Estate Brokerage
. Marketed residential and commercial properties in the New York, New

Employment History:
April 2011 to December 31st, 2011- Carlisle Development Group- St. Croix,
US Virgin Islands. Set up management systems (including YARDI), selected
tenants, and hired personnel for phase I (102 units) of a 300 unit LIHTC
development.
2006-2010- RDCS, Corp., San Juan, PR Organized, from the ground up a $17
million dollar residential/ commercial project in Puerto Rico. Functions
included, land acquisition, design, financing, construction supervision and
marketing.

1997-2006 Real Estate Consultant- Owner's development, construction,
property management and marketing representative. Last two assignments; A
Charter School Management Company and a Real Estate Investment Fund, where
I handled acquisitions and management. While at Redbrick Partners, I
purchased and managed the acquisition and rental of hundreds of single
family units in the Northeast, from Connecticut to Maryland. In 1999/2000
taught history courses at Pace University in New York and Bergen County
Community College.
