Total PMO Cost for project is $6.5 Million over the term of the contract.

• Design, develop, and maintain the State of Illinois CMS (Central Management Services) 1800 Node Frame Relay Network – support 75 State of Illinois agencies with a total of 25,000+ end-users using AS400 Token Ring and SNA connectivity and SDLC. Conversion from Token Ring, SNA, SDLC to complete IP infrastructure completed in June 2005 using Cisco SNA Switching.
• Work with AS400 and Mainframe engineers to finalize transporting over 600 Token Ring and SNA connections as the final phase of IP conversion over the Frame Relay Wide Area Network using Cisco SNA Switching to allow for seamless IP connectivity between Agency locations and the CMS Data Centers

• Point-to-Point SNA Conversion: Converted almost all of the State of Illinois Agencies from using dedicated AS400 Point-to-Point SNA and AS400 Token Ring connections to IP Packet Encapsulated SNA (SNA switching) using a completely new IP Network Infrastructure.
• X.25 Conversion: Saved the State of Illinois over $5 million in operating costs by converting and replacing an X.25-based network with a full IP-based network infrastructure.
