• Design, Modeling and analysis of disc brake using SolidWorks and ANSYS 08/10 - 12/10

- Disc brake parts design with 2D, 3D solids, surface models, Assembled and detail drawing in SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer. Disc brake parts consists disc brake rotor with involutes vans, caliper, side block, external plate, Ti-inserts, piston cylinder, z-block, nut & bolt.

-Extrude, Sweep Blend, Blend, Helical Sweep Command used for 3D modeling of disc brake.

-Structural analysis on disc and found Von misses stress, safety factor, total deformation, total and directional displacement using ANSYS.

• Heat Exchanger Design 01/10 - 05/10

-Design calculation of shell and tube heat exchanger for milk pasteurization used Log mean temperature difference and Effectiveness method.

• Automated Assembling Machinery Design 08/09 - 12/09

- Modeling and assembling of different stages in which a specific operation is performed at each stage. It consist of wire loading, straightening, wire pulling, wire inserting, wire cutting mechanism and wire bending at both end as per given angle using Pro Engineer.

• Research: “Comparison of Analytical & F.E.A. Method” Using ANSYS 01/07 - 05/07

- Introduction to F.E.A. & Preliminaries of ANSYS

- Comparison for Analytical method and F.E.A. method using ANSYS 6.0
