Process Facilitator Warehouse “A” Operator (Shipping)

 Responsibilities included compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental laws. Compliance with DOT regulations and load weight restrictions.

 Management of all aspects of process including production, quality control, and shipments of finished goods maintaining department paperwork for scheduling, production and shipments.

 Enforcement of company guidelines and policies, quality control procedures and work standards.

 Process project development utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and established company guidelines and safety practices.

 Troubleshooting of machinery and coordination of repairs through maintenance department.

 Duties include the scheduling, accurately picking, sorting, wrapping pallets, packing, loading and shipment of customer orders.

 Inventory control reporting inventory of adjustments with move tickets, the interface with locater system to include reporting updates, and finished goods and material consolidation as needed to receive goods from production lines.

 Assistance with the assessment, implantation and improvement review of new manufacturing technologies.

Re-Roll Equipment “B” Operator, Scrap Baler

 Responsibilities included safe operation of machinery associated with coiled aluminum slitting operation for the home/commercial industry.

 Duties included the set up of machine, troubleshooting, production, labeling of products, quality control of finished product, and maintaining/adjusting shift production reports.

 Additional duties include the weighing of scrap and the use of a compactor to bundle aluminum scrap for shipment to recycler.
