Project: The Globe and mail newspaper has been providing coverage of national and international news for most of its existence. The newspaper provides not only business and investment news but also sports, life, arts, technology and much more. The Globe and Mail now launching new features in the web page where user can able to use it comfortably. As a QA person, I was involved in testing web based application in stock and investment sector.

Responsibilities

• Participated in the testing of web based application for Market stock and investment to ensure the highest level of quality.

Project: The Municipal Information & Data Analysis System (MIDAs) is web-based tool that provides access to the Financial Information Return (FIR) and Municipal Performance Measure Program (MPMP) schedule data, for all Ontario municipalities. The Energy Management Tool (EMT) is a web-based system that allows municipalities to track electricity, natural gas, and water accounts and is available to all Ontario municipalities regardless of location, size, number of facilities, or internal resources.

Responsibilities

• Worked on web-based tool to test the application in different web browser based on the business requirement.

• Responsible for analysis of business requirements for creating test cases, test scenarios, test logs and test summaries for web application.

• Created various meaningful test cases which cover different modules within the application ( local government and tracking on electricity and natural gas bills).

• Maintained testing standard and was involved in creating test scenarios.
