As a consultant to multiple clients (Lemcon, Mastec, Telesis Edge) I have focused my efforts in business development and in managing people, budgets, and services with the following results:
Sold, designed and implemented enterprise wireless data network with VOIP in the Caribbean, including infrastructure hardware and software design and implementation (WLAN/LAN, 802.16) Translate business requirements into high level network architecture design, detail BOMs and required documentation for delivery.
Under contract, the management of GSM Cingular Network upgrades in Central Florida
Under management contract with Nokia the Roll Out Management for their client, AWS, for GSM networks in the Southeastern US and the Caribbean. Including cell site and data center implementation.
Analysis of current regulatory and market requirements for business development in various Caribbean and South American countries including Trinidad/Tobago, Granada, Surinam and Guiana. This work, done for a private firm, resulted ongoing work in RF network design to market requirement.
Negotiated a major vendor contract for the installation of Base Stations (>700) for the Cingular Genesis GSM contact. As a Program Director, I managed the installation and integration of these units, as well as installation of equipment for location management services (>500), generating over $2M in revenue.
Developed a Business Partner Program with a major Enterprise network vendor positioning my client to provide installation and implementation of these products nationwide and to government entities
Working with a major IT Infrastructure Company, developed a teaming approach to provide break/fix support to one of their major customers.
Developed VAR relationships with an emerging manufacturer of mobile broadband equipment

Designed and managed internal implementation of life cycle support for new products from development through introduction, and general deployment. Developed Methods of Procedure for change management, and Performance measurement for product quality control and ongoing product support reporting to executive management. This included innovative technologies such as micro cellular networks and broadband transport networks. Managed cross functional teams of engineers for common goals.

Managed project and large work force (50) including technical and construction personnel, for multiple concurrent GSM PCS build outs, including IN deployment. Responsible for timeline adherence, contract fulfillment and P&L. Single point of contact for customer. Responsibilities included risk assessment and management and change control. Clients who have completed buildouts and were subsequently acquired include Omnipoint (MTA 1), DigiPH PCS and Voicestream.
