* Enterprise systems management tools engineering. Capacity and application performance monitoring for the entire Metlife Enterprise consisting of over 2000 Unix, 2500 Windows and 250 Linux servers.

* BMC Patrol Unix Administrator for over 2000 Unix servers and 2500 Window servers. Responsible for all installs, configurations and general health of the BMC Patrol Agent 3.6.

* In Charge of installing and upgrading all OS and database KM’s for various Unix and Windows platforms as well as Oracle, Sybase and UDB KM’s.

* Required to create and deploy customized Patrol KM’s through the distribution server.

* Performed to record events from the BMC Event Manager and send to Perceive Portal.

* Installed the Perform Predict agent on the entire Metlife enterprise which also reports back to the Perceive Portal.
