July 2009 Hired to start up production in new plant, included all hiring training and setup of all machinery and equipment. My duties include all scheduling, control inventory and all ordering of parts and material. Responsible for safety controls, shipping and receiving. Monitor and control flow through of production line. Maintain computer network and communicate with parent plant in Chicago. Work with salesmen to insure proper product and delivery schedules and insuring all quality procedures are followed.
