I also have experience as a Telecommunication engineer, Roadway Designer and Application Engineer. Work as a federal contractor with Wyle Information Systems in the following capacity:

 Manage a team of technical trainers and writers.

 Negotiate with federal clients on project requirements and expectations.

 Provide application training on a proprietary system which consisted of 27 different applications/modules.

 Develop web-based training modules using Adobe Captivate.

 Provide training to help desk agents.

 A contract position through Virginia Department of Transportation, which involved surveying intersection in the downtown Richmond area.

 Sketched the characteristic of different intersections to obtain an accurate landscaping picture.

 Instrumental in the development of some of the new traffic provisions in the Richmond area.
