WORK

I have worked in injection molding producing products for the horticultural industry and food industry, including thin wall products such as containers and lids of all sizes. I have also worked in custom molding, producing health care products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in thin wall molding, custom molding, insert molding and gas assist molding. Supervising press operators, process techs, mold setters, and maintenance. Trouble shooting materials, hydraulics, electrical circuits and pneumatics.

SUMMARY

Familiar with Husky, Van Dorn, Cincinnati, and Demag all Electric injection molding presses from 50 ton to 1000 ton. Have worked with Husky Hot Runner Systems, DME Hot Runners, and Tradesco Hot Runners. Also have worked with Yushin, Star, Whittman and Husky Robotic Systems. Have worked with various materials such as Valox, Nylon (glass and mineral filled) ABS, Lexan, Polycarbonates, Acrylics, Ryton, Peek, Acetal, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and Polystyrene.
