Key member of management team responsible for growth from $120m to $720m in ten years.
Manager of Project Management Sep 2002 - Dec 2008
• Reported directly to VP Operations and managed a staff of eleven direct reports. Each project was managed in a cross functional/matrix environment.
• Interfaced with customers on a daily basis, leading an order backlog of over 100 orders with varying size and technical complexity.
• Improved on-time deliveries from 50% to 80%. Maintained >80% on-time shipments for each of the past five years.
• Drove the company’s Operating Margins to achieve a seven basis point improvement through design optimization and supply chain rationalization.
• Managed a three-fold increase in backlog while only adding one team member.
