Job Profile

Manage the implementation of enterprise class network solutions for our clients right from data collection to design, implementation and testing. Single point of contact for the clients, vendors, system engineers, LEC (Local Exchange Carrier), managers and related staff. Monitor progress report for every project and act accordingly, handle escalations to meet the deadlines and set customer expectations.

· Redesigned and configured the local network at corporate branch; upgraded to multiple, bonded T1s homed to different ISPs from previously using DSL & Broadband.

· Implemented LAN security and bandwidth management by upgrading firewalls to Sonicwall 2040 and creating VLAN and access list configurations with the help of Cisco routers- 2600, 2800, Seimens enterprise gateway router 5900 and multilayer Cisco switches 3550.
