• Designed and programmed a parallel Control system using a PLC/Touch Screen in parallel with hardwired switches, gauges, Digital Meters, Pushbuttons, Pilot lights incases of the PLC failure.
• Programmed several Master control panels using Wonderware Intouch, Citect SCADA, Intellusion ifix and Westinghouse Ovation DCS to monitor and control multiple Pumps in a pump station or Blowers in a DO control environment in Wastewater Treatment Plants, Power Plants, Iron Ore plan plants and Chemical plants.

• Programmed blower control systems using Allen-Bradley foundation field bus linking device Ethernet and control net with Auma Actuators and Rosemount Transmitters. Networked foundations field bus with Allen-Bradley Control Logix PLC. The panel also included Modbus communication with Bently Nevada 3500 system as well as B/N system 1 Central Data logger and maintenance scheduler.

• Generated P&ID’S, BOM, Panel specs, electrical schematics, panel layouts, and Description of operations based on the specifications provided by the customer.

• Projects include the designing and programming of the control systems for the fresh & wastewater Pump stations to operate them locally at the station as well remotely from the SCC (Station Center Control) through T1-line and back-up Radio Communication. Also programmed remote dial in via PC ANYWHERE to allow access to the detailed information.

• Conducted in-house factory testing on the control systems using software simulation, and the hardware to acquire customer signoff and satisfaction prior to the shipment of the equipment to the site for commissioning.
