I’m Bilingual Petroleum Engineer - English, Spanish - with significant experience in the oil industry. 10 years as Petroleum Engineer in Maraven-PDVSA with extensive experience in oil field recovery and enhancement. I have 28 years’ experience as technical and sales representative for several major oil production equipment suppliers. Also have skilled in staff supervision, technical assistance to operational department, technical evaluations and recommendations, equipment specifications and equipment selection. Good communication and teamwork skills. Professor at The Zulia University and Marino Polytechnic Institute where I though Petroleum and Gas courses, now I’m teaching Petroleum Engineering courses at PDVSA associated companies everywhere in the country.
