Presently working as Manager – IT (ERP Technical) with Lilliput Kidswear Ltd , Delhi from July 2006 to Till date. Big name in retail kids garments and that company have five manufacturing unit and 270 retail store. brand name is Lilliput and voltage.
Role and Responsibilities:- Presently I am looking on line ERP -Microsoft Navision Dynamic 2009 project & my role is technical requirement to fit in ERP system and make the report as per user requirement. Seasoned IT professional with comprehensive Business/Technical skills set and expertise in Business Process Automation/Management BPM, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Process Improvement, Systems Integration, Requirements Analysis, Workflow Design, Project Management, Leadership, Process Modeling, Testing/Quality Assurance, Software Development, Customer Service, Project Management, and Estimating and creates project deliverables in a timely manner.

Responsible for implementation the ERP:-
1. Understand Business Process & Gap Analysis:- To understand the ERP system and implemented the same as per the business practices adopted by organization through GAP ANALYSIS. And try for fit in ERP with Customization. Tech to user and learn the new process in ERP. If need for customization then we do & fill up the user requirement.
2. Technical Analysis :- check the debugging in report and table, if any error are coming to user. According to error resolve the problem. As per requirement create the new function and flow field, variable, filter in CAL language according to Function consultant make the data port for import the data from existing system.
3. Discussion with Management:- Scheduling resources, assessing risks to projects, meeting Project Milestones, time management, negotiation skills, handle issues with diplomacy & tact. Timely discussions and presentations of ERP Technical change to the top management on the basic of implementation plan. Keep record of all Project Documents & communication. Relationship management – with customers and internal teams. Solved the user query and fit the new requirement in ERP system or necessary task discuss with higher management.
User Support after Go-live (Technial ) :-
1. General Setup :- Posting setup with business product Vs excise setup, Tax group setup, Inventory Vs Location setup ,NOD & NOC line setup for debtor’s & Creditor’s, service tax setup. multiple service, fiscal year.
2. Inventory & warehouse, Manufacturing: - solve the query for related to warehouse location setup for user, GRN related query, location setup according to requirement. Material issue to Department, BOM related query, routing BOM query. new item add in routing, journal consumption, production planning, work center, machine center. Machine and work center calendar. Consumption material, output journal setup.
3. Sales & Shipping, transfer Invoicing: - query solve related to sales order processing, FG inventory posting setup with customer, shipping and item tracking line. New report creates according to requirement. check the navigate entry after posting. excise invoice format design according to requirement, material transfer to in transit location.
4. Purchase :- query solve related to create the new vendor as per user requirement, PO format, changes on form level, purchase order for fixed assets, raw material with multiple series return purchase order. New tax grouping create according to requirement.
5. LS Retail: - Receipt the transfer Note on store and manage the inventory. Using Bar coding for sale to customer. LS Retail, LS Scheduler, Replication DD server,
Technical Support and responsibility:-
1. User Role and permission: - according to user profile assign the role in ERP and security on form level.ERP installation of ERP on local user and responsible for remote location support ( through RDP Server )
2. SQL server 2008:- Create ERP user in SQL server 2008, using the SQL report tool for tables fetching. create the query for customize report.
3. Backup and Restore Responsible for Daily data backup from ERP server. Responsible for all users of multiple location queries related to ERP, timely giving the training to users for all locations. Maintain risk management of ERP. IT policy for user and internet security, ERP data security.
4. New and Customization in report: - create the report as per requirement and changes and modification in designing.
