Summary of Qualifications

Anne has been working in the Information Technology Industry for 25 years, focusing the last 10+ years on program / project management life cycle disciplines and process improvement. Prior to program and project management, she worked as a software engineer designing, coding and implementing client server and mainframe systems.

Over the years, Anne has worked in many industries, including Manufacturing, Transportation, Automotive and Human Resource Outsourcing.

During Anne’s early tenure with HP Application Services, she has managed several client based projects, such as General Motors Company. Once acclimated to the corporate policy and procedures, she moved into a project management consulting role. Here is where she mentored program / project managers and implemented Quality Management Systems across accounts and industries.

Next, Anne moved into a Project Office Leader role for the Transportation Industry. Here she was responsible for a team of Project Management SMEs and the delivery and governance of process improvement throughout the industry.

Following that assignment, Anne accepted a program manager position to manage the Application Services Transition and Transformation activities for a new pursuit. This role monitors and provides governance for constituent projects that are either transitioning ‘as is’ environments into HP or transforming the new business into HP processes and tools.

Currently, Anne stepped in to manage the start up of an EPMO for a large pursuit in the transportation industry. This will involve monitoring contractual obligations and setting the process foundation for the delivery teams.
