Field sampling and modeling spraying, fertilization and, irrigation programs. Pest and disease monitoring. Assisting researchers from UC Davis for pest monitoring and experiments. Mapping, establishing and developing of new vineyards. Hiring, and instructing new and existing workers for pesticides and work safety. Supervising up to 60 fieldworkers.
