Responsible for Yardi software conversion from Enterprise to Voyager as well as the contact person for software tech support in the office.

Responsible for all accounting functions including monthly financial reporting to owners/partners. Initial responsibility was to Implement MRI software, accounting policies and procedures from scratch for this new company.

Responsible for all accounting functions for 40 partnerships, cash management of 80 bank accounts as well as all accounting procedures and reporting. Implemented many excel reports to provide information required by the president and his partners.
