Profiles are screened based on important criteria like Educational Qualification, Technical Skills & Competencies, Communication, Company worked for, Years of experience etc. based on the requirement to match the need of the Customers' Requirement Screening the profiles thoroughly in respect of the required skills and formatting the prospective resumes in desired format.

Scheduling:

Interview schedule has been done for short listed candidates after getting the confirmation from both Client and Candidates.

Post Interview follow-ups:

Frequently doing the follow up with the short listed candidates until he joins. Building and maintaining databank of software professionals according to skill Sets. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Business Reports.

Internal Coordination

Acting as an interface between HR management and Technical segments to coordinate the joining procedures of whole bunch of internal resources right from screening, scheduling to induction.
