• SQF-2000 Practitioner

• Quality assurance program-HACCP-SSOP-GMP’s-Pest Control-Sanitation-MSDS.

• Develop and implement programs to train managers and associates in all aspects of work safety, GMP’s, sanitation, food security, food safety and personal hygiene.

• Coordinate and inform Plant Manager, operation and sales department of any issue affecting production orders. Products recalled.

• Assure that all processing activity is carried out within specified quality standards for each product.

• Observe and enforce safety policies and rules. FDA regulations and CFR-21.
