The Client went for Siebel Call Center Application so as to create more tightly knitted relationship with Business partners and Customers to drive revenues across the entire company. The Client maintains the data at a Central location to track the current status of the Customer Account and Opportunities. This project deals with configuration of Siebel Call Center application to provide customer support service with manipulation of workflow process and assignment manager capabilities for the assignment of sales and service requests. Involved in the creation and modification of business objects and business components to customize business objects layer. Renamed screens to better suit client requirements.
