Overview

As a Computer Science Major at ETSU and NSTCC, I have worked with Windows Platform computers (Windows XP/Vista/7 ) extensively for the past 6 years; I have worked with Microsoft Office, Visual Studios, NetBeans, C++/VB/Java/PHP languages, and Database usage with Oracle and SQL Server. I am also studying the Linux OS, working primarily with Ubuntu and command-prompt interaction.

My work experience has given me a wide background from which to draw skills. I have several years’ experience in Cash register and Cash handling, working as a cashier at grocery stores, Store Clerk at Convenience and Fuel Service stations, and an eight-month assignment as a Commercial Vault Associate for US Bank via a temp agency in Denver, CO. I have over five years’ experience with food preparation working in the food service industry in both fast food and restaurant positions. I have 2 years’ experience working at Call Centers for Customer Service, sales, and telephone fundraising. I have worked alongside people from all walks of life and have enjoyed working with them.

The majority of my jobs have been working with the public in some fashion, providing either sales or customer service. In the food service industry, I have adhered to not only local and state health and safety regulations as well as business guidelines, but I have strived to surpass them to deliver superior product to the customer. I have always exceeded management expectations regarding issues of trust.
