Hired as a Superintendent, my 1st project I completed the Round Hill Fire Dept. Sleeping Quarters on time and on budget. I then continued to complete jobs on time and on budget, I then hired two assistants and placed them in the field. At this point I began Assistant Project Management duties. I researched jobs to bid on, bided on those jobs, buyouts, and going to weekly progress meetings with owners and subcontractors .Other duties included scheduling subcontractors, quality control, and writing request for information. I managed to get a $17,000 buyout above our 10% profit on a $750,000 job this was at the Fort Lee job. I also finished a project in Culpeper that was done at night, the Culpeper County Courthouse, early and under budget.

HENELEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (Gaithersburg, MD) —Carpenter Foreman, 2007-2008

Project was at Walter Johnson High School, this project was performed while school was in session. I managed my crew of carpenters to build forms and demo safely and without injury. We poured concrete for a new addition to the school, which consisted of 3 floors and a gym, with no damage being done to the existing school or excessive disturbance to the students. Temporary trailers were placed for the students and during July and August we built multiple decks and railways for the students to continue school in the fall. Some of my daily duties included daily reports, maintaining equipment, insuring the project was performed safely.

CLARK CONSTRUCTION (Bethesda, MD) —Carpenter Foreman, 2006-2007

Began as a lead carpenter at the Dulles airport working on the APM tunnels, within in 6 months was promoted to carpenter Forman for my skills of teaching, problem solving, and running large crews of carpenters, laborers, operators, and also completing tasks accurately, quickly and safely . I managed equipment, did daily reports, and time sheets. I ran equipment when needed. I had a 100% no accident on any of my crews of which I am very proud.

BROTHERS CONCRETE (Vienna, VA) —Labor Foreman, 2005-2006

I was responsible for 3 laborer crews that poured concrete and stripped forms. I was also in charge of the rod busters, it was my job to verify that they were tying the correct rebar for what needed to be poured for the following week.
