Title : HR Metrics Dashboard

Client : EATON STEEL, USA.

Description:-

The HR Metrics Dashboard project is intended to provide facilities for a comprehensive measurement tool for HR metrics around critical key performance indicators of employee demography and organizational structure. This project is designed tin order to satisfy the stated needs of the Human Resources department of the GEMS. This maintains all the information about the employees and the ex-employees. The main objective is to display all the metrics on the first page of the dashboard.

The metrics that are displayed on the Dashboard are the count of active officers, employees new to GEMS, %of all employees who are diverse, % of all promotions, employees leaving GEMS. Security for Dashboard is based on the SSO access. It is limited to specific number of users/employees approved by HRfunctionaldataowner.

HR Metrics Dashboard allows data base access to only BI DBA team for administrative tasks based on the approval by HR functional owner. HR reporting tool is secured from all users except for Core Hr team and HR super users to be identified at the Testing Phase. The Oracle BI reporting system is required to perform any specific functions and fulfill company HR requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Effectively interacted with the end users for requirement gathering and defined requirement specifications document by access and retrieval of financial and personnel data from one single source.

• Identified & Created Facts, Dimensions, and Hierarchies of the business model.

• Developed Segment Value Detail, Work Order Detail and OGA Repositories (RPD) by importing metadata into Physical Layer, applied Business rules in the Business Modeling and Mapping layer and created customized user views in the Presentation layer.

• Created Catalog Groups and set permissions for items in the presentation catalog and privileges and rights to users and groups.

• Configured Interactive Dashboard with drill-down capabilities using global and local Filters, Metadata Objects.

Lloyds Banking Group is a major British financial institution, with several branches across U.K. Lloyds Banking Group's activities are organized into four business divisions: Retail Banking, Wholesale, Life, Pensions & Insurance, and Wealth & International.

Retail bank providing all banking services and also including issuing money in the form of coins, banknotes or debit cards, receiving deposits of money, lending money and processing transactions.

A retail bank accepts deposits from customers and in turn makes loans based on those deposits. It offers ancillary financial services to make additional profit; for example: selling insurance products, investment products or stock broking.

Responsibilities:-

• Understanding reports requirements and customizing the Repository to meet the business requirements.

• Developed the repository model for the different work streams with the necessary logic that involved creating the Physical, BMM and the Presentation layer.

A Data ware house is organized according to requirements of the organisation. Different modules are designed to support tactical reporting requirements of current data (Operation Data Source) & strategic reporting requirements on Historical data (Data Warehouse).

Responsibilities:-

• Studying the Sources data based upon the Functional Specification given by the onsite team, and preparing the LLD’s.

• Development of all layers of Oracle BI Administrator Tool, Physical, Business Model, and Presentation layer.

Description:-

InspirIT: This System has two modules like ProfIT, ManIT.

ProfIT: In this System where all new projects creation and extensions of current projects being done through Profit. This module is used by the Finance team and it has different sub-modules that will be used for Sending the deals created for various levels of approvals, Billing, Invoicing etc. There are several reports that are created on this module that will be used by the middle and high-level management.

ManIT: This module is used by the Resourcing and HR teams. It contains various screens used for entering employee details such as resource allocation/release to/from projects...etc into the system. This system also records all information related to Appraisals, Leaves, and Loans...etc of the employees

Responsibilities:-

• Interacted with Users and Business Analysts to understand and document the reports requirements and translate these to technical specifications for designing OBIEE Reports.

• Importing the metadata tables from the database to the OBI Administration Tool for customizing and modifying the Physical, BMM Layer and Presentation Layers of the metadata repository.

• Has designed hierarchies based on the reporting requirement.
