• Simulation and Optimization of work flow and job scheduling of Paint shop at GM Arlington Assembly Plant

o Performed statistical analysis for output of simulation using complete factorial design determine effects of various parameters (interaction analysis, residual analysis, contrasts, pair wise comparison, experimental design and analysis using SAS V9 and SAS in Linux, Read Data from raw files)
