To Whom It May Concern:
Anita has worked for me as an administrative assistant since August of 2005. She has been the best assistant that I have had in the twenty years that I have been a small business owner. She is responsible, honest, and mature. She has always been the first person to arrive in the morning, opening the office and making sure that everything is ready when the door opens to the public at 9AM. She has been responsible for accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and check deposits. I trust her completely which is why she has been a co-signer on the business checking account. Her ability to work independently has given me the freedom to be out of the office for extended periods of time. She is prficent with QuickBooks account. ACT contact management, Webail, and MailMerge Mania. She is detail oriented and carefully manages her paperwork. She has kept the office in good order and has always been very attrative and professional in her appearance. She is polite and gracious with the public.
We would never have let her go if it had not been for the severe impact of the current economic recession on our business. Her future employer will be very fortunate to have her on staff.
Sincerely,
Ada Johnson, VP
