**** – Present planning TL at the supply chain division, Nestle Israel

The position involves:

• Leading the planning to produce process of few categories.

• Professional management of factories supply chain managers and planners in 5 of the company sites in Israel and abroad, including subcontracting activity.

• Responsibility for large scale activity in volume and value (finish goods and raw materials), while striving for optimization of the unit goals.

• Define and control the planning policy (Forecast, stock, supplies, and production), while supporting business decisions.

• Characterization and implementation of enhanced IT planning processes (finite capacity, simulation, optimization and heuristic tools, statistical forecast and ext.).

• Responsible for the professional communication with Nestle and for implementing its business best practices in the field of demand and supply planning in Osem.

• Writing professional guidelines and conducting workshops and knowledge transfer forums for end users.

• IT projects:

September 2009-February 2010-team leader of Demand and supply planning group in SAP APO ERP implementation project at Osem Subsidiary, Tivall Europe. The project took place in Netherland.

• Leading the process from blue print to post implementation, adjusting the system to the business environment needs of the company supply chain network, spread out in Western Europe: gap analysis, processes re-engineering, functional development, designing, testing and key users training.

• Including the APO production (PPDS)/supply(SNP)/demand (DP) planning and R/3 MM/PP and SAP BW modules

March 2008-April 2009 -Business Analyst of the production and supply planning modules in the SAP ERP implementation project in Osem, as part of Nestle Global vision of aligning its business excellence processes. The position involves:

• Leading the implementation process from blue print to post implementation, of the MRP, production planning and supply chain structure

• Adjusting the system to the business environment: gap analysis, processes re-engineering, and designing, testing and key users training.
