• Close books on a monthly basis, reconcile accounts, prepare period end management reports, worked on IBM mid frame to AS/400 system conversion.

• Responsible for implementing corporate worldwide transportation strategies with foreign subsidiaries. Cost savings estimated at $300K to $400 in first year.

• Process international orders for vendor purchases and factory production. Follow through to ensure shipments are made to meet market center requirements. Purchase and maintain inventory of shafts, grips, and other components to be used in assembly of clubs in Taiwan.

• Translate local currency financial statements into U.S. dollars, prepare revised forecasts, intercompany account reconciliations, prepare period operating reviews, and consolidate cash flow projections.
