Responsibilities

• Analyzing the requirements of the client.

• Extensively involved in writing the test scenarios with specific to the business/client requirements.

• Involved in the writing the test cases based on the scenarios for positive and negative tests

• Involved in peer reviews after writing test cases.

• Involved in execution of test cases manually

• Closely worked with the development team on issues encountered during testing and execution of scripts

• Submitted defects after confirming with developers on various issues encountered in testing

• Extensively used Quality Centre for submitting defects

• Experience in using the Test Plan and Test Lab in Quality Centre for scripting and execution

• Involved in System Testing, Regression Testing and Back end testing for validation of the system at multiple levels

• Worked on End to End testing before each release
