Field Test Coordinator – Coordinated all Alpha and Beta testing on CyberGenie 2000 (PC Cordless phone system) product for US release. Wrote test plan and project plan for CyberGenie 2400 product. Helped develop website for tester application, problem reporting and customer service. Solicited and processed field test applicants, selected top applicants for early Alpha testing. Coordinated four Alpha shipments to the field and maintained relationship with testers. Had systems in place and ready for shipment of Beta product when I left company.

Work with product managers to set up guidelines of testing and choose appropriate testers. Compiled all documentation necessary to have user under nondisclosure and license. Worked as a liaison between beta tester, QA team and development when necessary to help troubleshoot any problems as necessary. Expanded the methods of contacting and working with the testers through the internet. Created Beta WebPages to have testers sign up to beta test for Quarterdeck, and another to submit reports. Created a better contact database using access.
