Career Overview
CFO, Hi-G-Tek, Inc., 2007-2010. Raised and closed debt/equity financing and presented monthly reports to BOD. Managed daily accounting, HR and administration for this RFID technology/manufacturing startup’s US and Israeli operations including implementing an ERP system for both locations. Accountable for $30M budget and six staff.
CFO, Kfoury Group of Companies, 1996-2007. Responsible for $100M budget, bid proposal pricing, accounting, HR, IT and administration for this $150M construction, real estate, property management and manufacturing firm. Prepared financial statements/forecasts and monitored Project Managers’ progress as well as budget variance.
BOARD DIRECTOR/CORPORATE SECRETARY/TREASURER/CONTROLLER, Carapace Corp., (B. Frank Joy affiliate), 1995-1996. Directed accounting, credit and finance for $60M wholesaler of building materials’ home office/distributor branches.
