I am working as Flexible packaging Project Manager with Pakistan International printers Lahore Pakistan.

I have twenty seven years working experience as MANGER BISSINUS UNIT in packages Ltd In Flexible Line, including (printing, Lamination, slitting, waxing, bag making, lamination etc.) I had been involved as team Incharge in implementation/ certification of ISO 9001 quality system in my department, also worked as Incharge ink processing unit for two years.

In 2002, I had visited to some of our reputable equipment suppliers at Germany & China to Purchase, training & to analyses the feasibility of equipments.

I had traveled to China for 4 times to attend the china plas printing machinery exhibition to learn new technology & finalize the machines for our gravure printing project.

Many times I had got opportunities to work with foreigners, as well as individual to manage the dismantling, shifting, erecting & installation of plants.

I was awarded a cash prize by Packages Limited for better management/planning to Reduce Job Change Over Time at Minimum. This effort has been acknowledged in printing conference held in SINGAPORE and Packages newspaper as well.

1- As operator in packages ltd produce maximum production as compare to other colleagues.

2- As shift Incharge execute more tonnage as compare to other colleagues.

3- As Incharge / manager Business unit Increase the department invoice double.

4- As production manager in Rayan Plastic industry increase the conversion from 15 ton average to 27.5 ton / month, By diagnosing & removing the problems make the multilayer extruders &double track bag making machine operative, modify the bottom sealing machine by making new sealing dye unit increasing the machine speed 3 time more than the existing speed, management was very pleased & gave us 10% extra salary & iftar party as well

5- As production manager in Al Makkah printing Press pvt ltd increase the production from 22 ton to 70 tons & my target was to meet 120 tons of conversion but unfortunately there was no order to produce further production from marketing side, and reduce the waste from 12% to 6%.

The unit was a sick unit and was running at just 20% of its capacity. I was responsible for reorganization of the whole project’s infrastructure, man-power Production-facility for day to day production, planning, Quality Control and maintenance of the whole Factory. Along with my technical team, we rebuilt 3 slitting & 2 waxing m/c’s which were declared dead before rebuilding.

During my 8 months of contract, the whole production facility grew by 200% in terms of invoicing and productions; Moreover, I developed documentation control system to monitor the processes.

6- I have visited China to attend Plastipack exhibition at Shanghai in April 19/04/2010 to 24/04/2010 & to visit different printing machinery manufacturing industries for inspection & ordering to complete Flexible printing /packaging unit for PIP.

I had worked as;

1- Factory manager for one year in Rayan packaging industries Lahore Pakistan.

2- Lastly as Production manager in Al Makkah printing press Lahore Pakistan for one year.

3- Two years as marketing manager with Vista packages.

4- From February 2010 I am working as Gravure project manager with PIP (Pakistan International Printers Lahore)
