Talents in sketching, rendering, technical illustration, model making in clay, foam, wood, wax, and other handcrafted media are valuable in startup situations. Works independently in a blank sheet development mode, or in cross-functional teams if that is what the project requires. Uses Project Management tools such as spreadsheets to set goals, due dates, review responsibilities, and assess risk.

Has experience with ANSY standards, geometric tolerancing, Mil-spec, ISO 9000, lean mfg for accuracy, cost, and conformance.

· A.F.S.I.- Designed Injection Molded Filter Housings, Die Cast Filter Mount Heads, Deep Drawn spin-on Oil Filter Housing.

· Panasonic: Industrial Design, developed Surface models of Plastic Vacuum Cleaner Dust Cover. Latching mechanism restyle.

· Trane: Industrial Design, Product Development of Wireless HVAC Controls, Housings, Light Pipes, Silicon Rubber Keypads.

· Polaris-Victory Motorcycle: Designed Chrome Disc Brake Cover, Cush Wheel Hubs, Saddlebags, Shake Table Frame fixture.

· Cirrus Design: Designed Aluminum Die Cast Jackshaft Housing assembly as Auxiliary Power source for HVAC Compressor.

· Ecowater: Designed GE Odyssey Water Softener parts and assemblies. Industrial Design roughs-to-release, all phases.

· Kohler: Designed, created Surface model of Presque Isle Tub from Alias point cloud files from French Industrial Designer.

· IMI Cornelius: Created Ice Bin surface model from vendor AutoCad 2D documentation for rotomold tooling.
