contractors, manufacturing industrial high pressure boilers of FBC, CFBC,

WHRB, Traveling Grate, PC Fired boilers and currently executing 4 x300MWe

Utility Power Projects. The company has commissioned more that 36 power

plants and 1200 of boilers in India.

JOB PROFILE

. Evaluation of contract specification and Preparation of design basis

report.

. Technical Evaluation and design review of the project.

. Preparation of Drive List and single line diagram.

. Preparation of technical Specification for all Bought out items.

. Preparation of sizing calculations include Battery sizing, HT/LT Cable

sizing, Transformer sizing, UPS sizing, DG sizing, etc; Preparation of

cable schedules.

. Review of TG package and plant auxiliary system drawings & documents.

. Review of technical offers, vendor drawings & documents include BOP

packages (FHS, AHS, and WTP etc).

. Attending technical discussion with customer, consultants and vendors.

. Preparation of feasibility reports, tender documents and Bid evaluation.

. Working experience on preparation of MCC room layout, control room

layout.

. Preparation of cable routing layouts, Interconnection charts and BOQ of

cable & cable tray.

. Preparation of earthing layout and BOQ for the complete plant and

earthing design calculations as per the international standards.

. Working experience in bus duct layout electrical civil input details.

. Preparation of lighting drawings and BOQ for the complete plant using

lighting software.

. Working experience in 132KV switchyard layout and single line diagrams.

. Preparation of fault analysis report.
