Accomplishments: Increased Middle School Reading growth rate by 5.1%, raised proficiency by 9.8%; increased Language Usage growth rate by 5.5%, raised proficiency by 7.9%; increased Math growth rate by 2.0%, raised proficiency by 6.0%; reduced curriculum expenses by 29.6% over two years; increased discount on student planners an additional 9.1% over two years; reduced student attrition by 20%, began school program of high school counseling to meet the needs of students wanting to attend charter or private high schools and introducing them to early/middle colleges.

Responsibilities: Proficient reading group and 4th grade math; led PLC, met with principal weekly for administrative coaching; observed and coached mentees monthly; observed and coached teachers on classroom management.
